I stopped by to have a pair of Celine sunglasses adjusted, which I had originally purchased from Solstice. To my dismay, I encountered two employees who appeared disinterested and unwilling to assist. One of the employees, seated lazily, informed me that he was not permitted to adjust the sunglasses. This lack of willingness to help left me frustrated and disappointed, to say the least. After such an unpleasant encounter, I decided to seek assistance elsewhere and found a welcoming team at LensCrafters who were more than happy to accommodate my needs. I couldn't help but feel that the exceptional service I had previously received at the store's former location was no longer reflected in the attitude of the current employees. It is disheartening to witness such a decline in customer service and professionalism. Moving forward, I hope that Solstice reconsiders the caliber of individuals they choose to represent their brand and ultimately serve their customers. Regrettably, this experience has deterred me from revisiting the Houston Galleria location. I strongly urge Solstice to prioritize hiring dedicated and customer-oriented staff to restore the superior standard of service that loyal patrons have come to expect.
