My evaluate for spirithalloween.com I waited Over two months for a refund. Thoughts you this costume took ceaselessly to get shipped and I returned It in well timed method bc it wasn’t proper. So I used to be Informed I had To attend 27 days for a refund. Web site says 5-7 enterprise days . First my card info was unsuitable in line with them once I stated I've but to obtain my refund. I used to be Informed to attend ANOTHER 27 days. Now it’s we're experiencing excessive return ranges we try our greatest. it’s been three lengthy months now with no refund. USE TO LOVE THIS STORE AND GOT EXCITED WHEN IT WOULD OPEN ,HOWEVER NOW I DONT HAVE ALOT OF POSITIVE THINGS TO SAY AS THE QUALITY HAS GONE DOWN AND PRICE HAS GONE UP . A FRIEND AND I HAVE BOUGHT MULTIPLE INFLATABLE COSTUMES OVER THE LAST COUPLE YEARS AND THE FANS ARE GARBAGE . THEY END UP CRAPPING OUT AFTER ABOUT HALF AN HOUR TO 45 MINUTES. YES WE TRIED NEW BATTERIES . THEY DONT EVEN SELL REPLACEMENT FANS FOR THEM . ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE QUALITY AND ABILITY TO MAKE IT WORTH THE $100 SPENT ON EACH COSTUME .
