Review Description: I ordered two horse blankets with expedited shipping. I never received them. When I looked into it, they were on backorder. customer service offered to refund my payment which is good; I have an issue with them allowing me to order with expedited shipping and never notifying me that the shipment was on backorder. The company should have notified me when I placed the order that they did not have them in stock and if they did not know then, they should have told me when the order was due so that I could make other arrangements.

Review Description: Purchased a weanling, bc he ran into a fence had cuts on his face.. pd to have it expressed. Never received the fly mask. I was charged on my credit card.. Was On hold for 20 minutes, finally a response, verification of address!! Excuse me I was .signed up for text messages. Did NOT receive a phone call, an email nor a even a text message needing verification on shipping address.. The 25% would be applied at checkout. Well you guessed it, no 25% discount. The prices of some items are different when looking up without being logged in vs being logged in to my account.

Review Description: Absolutely horrible experience. We ordered boots that were the wrong size for my daughter. We returned them and were told it would take 45 days for the credit to show up on my card. We waited. After the 45 days came and went, we started calling weekly, then daily. This started in March and it is now September. These people are thieves and liars. Do not ever trust them with your money.

Review Description: I have had a horrible experience dealing with State Line tack. What they show on the website for sale is not what what they send you for the Rapid Groom vacuum. Furthermore I have waited the 10+ business days and they will not refund my over $500 purchase. They also have proof of delivery they received it. Everytime I call they tell me they will get back to me and don't. If you want the vaccum and good service buy it from Big D's.

Review Description: This company has slow shipping, includes no paperwork or links to return an item, and charges shipping BOTH ways if you return an item. You have to call to return, customer service is slow and rude. And providing a credit to my account (which was almost $20 less than I was charged due to shipping both ways) took weeks and week. I recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

Review Description: Bought a halter for an ave. sized horse. Measured all over and bought the one they said would be the right fit. Halter is way too big, measures bigger than the description. Now they want me to pay shipping and a 10% restocking fee because I opened the package. I asked to talk with a manager and she said she would have one email me. After waiting 3 weeks for the item and then not having it fit, I will go back to Amazon and great customer service!!!!
