I don't know what's happened to the company, but they need new management. They don't communicate, allow you to order backordered items and don't provide an explanation of why your order isn't being shipped. Even after calling this last time to verify all items were in stock, shipping was once again delayed and after a second call, found out ONE item was backordered and they wouldn't ship until it arrived. No sincere apology, no offer of compensation, all we got was basically "oops, our bad." They've delayed so long that we now have to drive over an hour to buy the needed items for our horses before nasty weather sets in, so higher price + fuel. This won't happen again, they've broken trust one time too many. Beware this company.
