Customer support wouldn't do the worth adjustment as a result of it was outdoors his "inside return coverage". I requested him what the coverage was and he did NOT wish to share as a result of it was, "inside" Their on-line coverage states, and I quote, "Orders positioned November 1st by way of December thirty first could be returned till January thirty first 2024. Please observe that we can not do any in-store returns, exchanges or worth changes throughout main vacation promotions together with Black Friday (November 24) and Boxing Day (December 26)." My buy was Dec 6, outdoors the promotion dates. I can simply return and lose the $6.95 delivery, repurchase and I might nonetheless be saving cash.
