This seems like a fraud company I’m in US I placed order for gifts, flowers and cake for my daughter’s birthday yesterday wanted to give her a surprise but these crooks ruined every thing my surprise and her birthday. They did not Deliver any things. It’s not worth spending your dime on this company. Now I hv to file a complaint against them to my Credit Card to get my refund back. I must hv called like 25 times since yesterday but no one is taking calls even their phone seems to be fake. I am really Angry Plz Be Aware of these Chors.

Horrible Taj

Same as others. Ordered gifts for mom. Not received. Emails and tweets have gone unanswered. Phone always goes to VM. Not clear why Taj and Tata names are attached to this.

It is a very unprofessional & useless service. My brother had ordered cake for mother's day . It was delivered d next day & was rotten. We had to throw it away. For father's day , two cakes were ordered but not delivered till Wednesday . I called them up. They gave stupid excuses. I have asked them for a refund. It should be shut . They don't know how to handle d business & take orders

Cake never reached, no apology, no refund 20 days later!

Ordered cake - never reached for 11th January. Tried calling number of times, phone goes straight to voice mail at all times! Email response is 'order cancelled' money will be returned - case closed! No apologies, only "advice". It has been more than 20 days (30th January), money has not been returned to my account. Tried emailing using the escalation email provided on site - email is disabled. Extremely disappointing! Possibly the worst online ordering experience ever, where are the managers? Do they have anyone at all overseeing the service?

Very very bad

Very very bad, they are fake. Do not use tajonline.com please. I ordered surprise gift to a friend of mine and selected a delivery date, my order went through and my money got deducted but my friend did not receive any gift on selected date.I kept submiting requests or complaints But it turned out to be of no use. Money is gone, surprise turned out to be horrible shock. Please go with better website if you want better gifting exp!

Flowers Never Got Delivered

I ordered Birthday flowers - never received - customer service is not responsive. I was giving them a second chance - shame on me - I AM DONE WITH TAJ ONLINE. Terrible service.
