My review for talbots.com Wow. Bought pants at Talbots Outlet. The pants shrunk with 1 washing. I bought the pants while on vacation so I couldn't return them to the store and there are no outlets around my city (closest 2-3 hours). Went round and round with customer service. Each person sent me to someone else and so on. I didn't know outlet clothes couldn't be returned to the regular store. There's no information on the receipt that says that; there's no signs in the store. How was I to know? I talked to the outlet store manager, and she was sarcastic and unhelpful. She couldn't help for many reasons, mostly because I had washed the pants! So basically, I am out of luck. $120 down the drain. If I could give Talbots a 0, I would. Poor quality clothing and even poorer customer service. Save your money and go elsewhere!
