Review Description: Very slow shipping time probably due to their business model of working through 3rd or 4th party shippers ? Communicated with customer service 4 days after my expected delivery date (and I hadn't received my item yet) and the item still did not show as being received by USPS for shipment yet. All they could/would do for me is "wait 10 days and if still doesn't show any movement, we'll issue a refund" and that I should contact UPS/USPS/FedEx directly myself.

Review Description: I was very skeptical ordering from this company for the first time. I ordered around the holiday and shipping was rather slow but I did receive all my items. One item was not as described on their website and customer service responded very quickly to give me a refund. I would use them again.
