Review Description: Teleflora ruined the tradition of my mother in law of receiving yellow roses on her birthday. She is 95 years old today expecting roses and you have failed. Why would you accept the order on Saturday not knowing if you could fulfill your commitment of delivery it on Sunday? Had you alerted me after I made the order I would have had a opportunity of changing the delivery date to the same day -why was this not done? Shame on you - corporate greed or incompetent staff?
