My overview for tervis.com Horrible, dishonest firm and customer support! Do NOT purchase Tervis merchandise! I bought a glass for my son, the lid wont keep in so it leaks. I contacted buyer servia by way of chat and advised them the difficulty and was requested the acquisition date. The gentleman mentioned this was coated below the guarantee and advised me to ship the cup in. I paid $12 to ship the cup in after which an a dishonest worker mentioned nobody would ever inform me to ship the cup in and the lid problem isnt coated below guarantee. I might not have executed any of this in any other case. They now have my cup and lid, i paid $12 to ship it, they refuse to honor their guarantee and Cindy is saying unfaithful issues.
