Returned using Hermes online process and dropped the parcel at a collection point now two weeks ago. No news from Tezenis whatsoever and no contact form or number anywhere on their website.EDIT: Received an email about the refund about an hour after this review (I am assuming this was read and acted upon). Tezenis: could you please provide a number for customer care? It's ridiculous having to write hear to be able to contact you!

I informed CS and was told everything is OK. After another week wait I wrote again and was ignored. Ticket was closed as solved. After 2 more complaints I'm getting the refund but for some mysterious reason not the full amount.
