Review Description: I placed an order online on January 13 the order went through. I got a email that my order was confirmed and they will email me with the shipping. Then I called 10 days later They tell me they don’t have them in stock and they can give me a refund. Really bad service I got no email telling that they’re not in stock. The customer service I spoke with was rude and not helping at all. Will never shop there again terrible experience.

Review Description: Never received my order from over a month ago. The chat window is nonexistent, the hotline number is busy. I couldn't get a hold of customer support other than a generic automated email. If you find yourself in this pickle-- you must persist! They will eventually answer. The seller must be the one to file the FedEx claim when your order is lost. Anxiously awaiting for the final resolution...

Review Description: Disgusting customer service. Waited for the order for a month. Couldn't call to find out what was going on. A month later, they just emailed me that the order was canceled. Refund time is 7 -14 business days!! Don't waste time, buy from competitors.

Review Description: Someone ordered merch on my credit card fraudulently. I reported it. I reached out to them several times to return the product to them and they did not respond. They did decide to tell my credit card company it wasn’t a fraudulent purchase. It was, their customer service would rather try to screw someone over rather than take their product back. It is horrible customer service!

Review Description: Ordered a snowboard with bindings and boots 3 days before Christmas and then ordered helmet, gloves and goggles the next day and both orders are going to arrive the day after Christmas.
