My review for theoutnet.com I have been dealing with The Outnet “Customer Service” team since November with no joy. I bought a dress for $728 which was listed as 68% off the original sale price. I contacted the designer who advised me, in writing, that their dresses sell in the hundreds not the thousands. The designer also said that they had advised The Outnet that they had listed the dress erroneously. I think I actually paid more than the original price. Beware of the inflated discounts, they aren’t real. I have subsequently received the standard reply from The Outnet so they look as if they actually care/intend on doing something about it. Given I have been dealing with the alleged Customer Care team for eight weeks, I doubt this will result in a satisfactory outcome to either myself or anyone else who bought this dress.
