My assessment for therme-geinberg.at Durch lärmende, stark betrunkene und laut streitende Gäste/Zimmernachbarn leider ein vollkommen getrübter Aufenthalt, der keinerlei Erholungswert bat! Sich von selbigen Gästen beim Abendessen auch noch anflegeln lassen zu müssen, weil man sich etwas Ruhe wünscht, ist einfach nur eine Katastrophe und das Hotelpersonal zeigte sich komplett überfordert und schritt nicht ein! Sowas geht einfach nicht. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht!! Allgemein reagierte das Private an der Rezeption zwar verständnisvoll, aber nicht tiefergehend interessiert... Die Hotelleitung bot uns für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt als Wiedergutmachung ein kostenloses Improve auf ein nächstbesseres Zimmer an, was wir als nicht entsprechende Wiedergutmachung erachten! Wir hätten uns mehr Empathie erhofft und für ein derartiges Resort zumindest einen entsprechenden Gutschein als Entschädigung! Schade.... S
