My evaluate for theterracestore.com I ordered a print that was broken by the postman, regardless of the packaging saying 'Do Not Bend. When I discovered the print behind my entrance door it was bent in half with a giant crease down the center. With no fuss an FOC alternative was despatched, and was, frustratingly broken by the postman once more, me having missed answering the door in time by seconds (criticism has been made to the Royal Mail). Because of the quite a few issues concerned, which I am unable to blame the Terrace Retailer for (aside from maybe utilizing Postman-proof packaging sooner or later), I gave up and requested for a refund which was given with out problem.
