My review for thewhitecompany.com I visited the shop in Liverpool a few days ago. What a beautiful shop unfortunately cannot say the same for a member of staff an older lady that works there. I needed oil for my diffuser and was browsing the oils in the shop to see which one I wanted to purchase. She immediately stood close to me with another member of staff. This made me feel very uncomfortable as if I was going to shop lift. I then asked her if they had a certain oil and found her very patronising even looking me up and down. I felt humiliated I may have not looked my best after being on nights in the NHs but this is no way to treat a customer. I purchase 3 oils for which I was reluctant to buy after feeling so uncomfortable and I certainly will not be visiting your shop again. S

I returned an order worth over £500 on the 19th of December, and despite the timely return, I have yet to receive the refund as of the 15th of January. What's more disheartening is the lack of transparency and delay in communication whenever I reach out to them. As someone who holds The White Company in high regard, this experience has definitely fallen short of my expectations. I genuinely hope that they can rectify this issue and uphold the standards that have made me a loyal customer.
