Review Description: My partner is a fan of the white company and spends quite a lot but after buying a duvet, a bed topper and some childrens clothes she decided the duvet and topper wasn’t what she wanted and returned it. TWC acknowledged they has received it back on the 5th of Jan and nearly a month later she is still waiting for her refund. They have lied three times regarding timescales and even blamed the company server going down.
