I received the wrong order

My review for thirdlove.com I received the wrong order, for three bras; it was someone else's order with someone else's invoice. ThirdLove told me it would take a while to correct. I contacted them again and was told something entirely different. My order did not arrive. So I filed a dispute. I then received a curt reply from them saying it would take two months to address. I finally received my original order a couple of days ago and the "returns" say my items are ineligible for return! I now have the three (late arrival) bras I ordered which don't fit, and 3 bras that belong to someone else. And no way to return any of it!

The bra did not fit well at all

My review for thirdlove.com The bra did not fit well at all. The material was scratchy and restrictive. I tried to send it back, but it took way too long to do anything. I was out of the return policy window by the time that anything could have been accomplished. I was also shocked by the snarky and uncaring manner of the staff. My experience has been terrible, and I sincerely regret buying from them. I am also highly skeptical now of any of the myriad places advertising for them. Uplift Plunge bra is the best fitting bra I’ve ever worn but the wires poke through on every one

I recently discovered ThirdLove's Uplift Plunge bra and I have to say, it's the best fitting bra I've ever worn. From the moment I tried it on, I was amazed at how perfectly it hugged my shape, providing support and comfort like no other bra I've owned. However, as incredible as the fit is, I've also experienced some significant disappointments with this bra over time. Despite purchasing several over the years, I've encountered the same issue with each one – the wires invariably poke through at the side. Even a lace version I bought a few years ago became misshapen; the top layer of lace shrunk and pilled, making it smaller than the lining and causing the lining to peek out. Now, I want to emphasize that I take great care of my bras. I always wash them in bra bags and hang them to dry, hoping to preserve their quality. But despite my efforts, they just don’t seem to hold up as well as other bras in my collection, some of which cost a fraction of the price and are still going strong years later. My review for thirdlove.com Uplift Plunge bra is the best fitting, best bra for my shape, I have ever worn. It’s also the most disappointing over time. I have purchased several over the years, and every one of them, eventually has a wire poke through at the side. A lace version made a few years ago became misshapen to the point of the top layer of lace shrunk and pilled and is smaller than the lining so the lining peeks out. Always washed in bra bags for washing and hung to dry, they just don’t hold up as well as others in my drawer which were 1/4 the cost and still going strong years later. I’m torn because I love the fit but feel they should hold up better for the amount of $. They fall apart like a cheap $12 bra.

Wow… inclusive sizing and half cup…

My review for thirdlove.com Wow… inclusive sizing and half cup sizing says very little when you stock hardly any 32A bras. And half of those are marketed as “lift.” I got two bras and a pair of underwear from there - the underwear was ill fitting, one bra was very very visible (in a bad way) under clothing and the other was very meh but was disshaped by the end of the month. They were expensive, too.

My review for thirdlove.com I originally left a 1 star review, but would like to change it to 4 stars after dealing with Alice from customer service. Alice emailed me within 48 hours of my complaint, and had my missing order reshipped with priority shipping. Great customer service. I am only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of how the bras were packaged for shipping. They were just put in a bag with no protection at all. The bag arrived all ripped up, but thankfully the bras were ok. In recent years, the bras were packaged nicely and safe for shipping. For the price of the bras, please go back to packaging them better.
