My review for thrivemarket.com Contacting anyone to include on line chat is the reason not to do business with this company. They are not available for questions and phone are not answered. I wish I had not paid my membership for a full year. New customers beware they have decent products that can be enticing along with easy and fast shipping. But if u need to reach anyone for anything .. Good Luck. I am dreading the cancellation process. Even submitting this review has to be sent through goggle, Facebook etc. K

Cancellation is a difficult and guarded process
My review for thrivemarket.com I don't like companies that make cancellation difficult and arduous. I can't endorse a company that gatekeeps my ability to manage my own subscription on my own terms. If I don't have to talk to anyone to sign up, I should not have to talk to a representation during certain days/hours and play 20 questions of "why do you want to leave" to cancel my subscription. K

My review for thrivemarket.com I went to just check them out. You Know, Thrive. They have a onboarding method to sign you up before you even have a chance to even view their Products. Very Trickey People. And I tried to stop that stupid damn banner in front of my face. How dumb. No Thrive I do not trust. This is Fake News. And Many People I have read can not cancel their Membership. Such a Hassle. No Id be careful. To onboard and not let you see their products is suspicious/ Run Forest Run??? D

My review for thrivemarket.com Canceling this membership was absolutely ridiculous!!! The customer service was horrible. I simply wanted to cancel my membership as I have never purchased from this site and for the cost it certainly didn't pay to keep it. When canceling I was offered anywhere from $20 in coupons all the way down to a free membership for a year and yet not able to receive my money back for the membership I paid for a few weeks ago and never purchased anything. It is extremely frustrating to just want to be refunded and not able to be but yet continue to have discounts galore thrown at you... J

The Case of the Missing Order
My review for thrivemarket.com When my Thrive Market order didn't show up at my door, but I received a "delivered" text, I reached out to Thrive Member Services. The chat feature was very convenient, I reached someone immediately, and they attempted to help me track down the box. After I found it delivered to the wrong address, they promptly issued $ into my Thrive account, due to the inconvenience. Throughout 2 different chats, both employees were polite, helpful, genuinely interested in figuring out what happened. Great service! J

Shady business practices
My review for thrivemarket.com Shady business practices:1. You must put in your credit card to see what they offer. Don't ask me to commit to a yearly membership before even seeing what you have to offer - terrible onboarding experience.2. The canceling membership experience is awful; I had to go into a chat, try to navigate the chatbot, and then talk to an agent who would do anything in his/her power not to cancel your membership. I had to ask four times to cancel my membership before the CS rep agreed to do it. Canceling the membership should be as easy as paying for one. It is an awful experience; do not give them your money. D

My review for thrivemarket.com In my last order I had a jar of peppercinis that had shattered. Even though it took some time to get it done through chat the problem was solved. Wasn't expecting what was given back for the inconveinece. I've never had much trouble at all with this company.
