The ordeal began when I initiated the return request for Order #3415062 on December 29th, 2021. I promptly mailed the package back but unfortunately, I never received any acknowledgment from ties.com regarding the return. Furthermore, despite my numerous attempts to reach out to their customer service via phone calls and live chat, I was unsuccessful in getting through to anyone to address my concerns. This lack of responsiveness was extremely frustrating, especially considering the substantial refund amount of $71.23 that I was entitled to ($43.73 for Order #3415062 and $27.50 for Order #3415241). Compounding my frustration was the fact that I held onto the second tie, Order #3415241, as my boyfriend initially thought it might work. Eventually, we decided it didn't, and I promptly mailed it back upon my return to South Carolina after the wedding. However, despite USPS confirming the delivery of the ties to ties.com's designated address, I still hadn't heard anything from the company regarding the return or the refund by January 21, 2022. To exacerbate matters, my attempts at contacting ties.com customer service proved futile, as their phone lines remained unanswered during business hours, and their live chat feature provided no assistance. With no resolution in sight, I was left with no choice but to consider filing a fraud claim with my bank by the end of the business day on Tuesday, January 25th, if the issue remained unresolved.
