TiVo is promoting its faulty Edge machine

My evaluate for tivo.com TiVo is promoting its Edge machine. I bought it with lifetime service. It was faulty. Once I turned it on, 50% of the time I get a "No Sign" message. Would wish to take away the facility twine and reboot. This triggered it to lose 5 minutes of this system it was recording. They exchanged the gadget for one more Edge. Identical drawback. E mail service with Assist was ineffective. Hazel stored me on the chat till was 5 o'clock quitting time and closed the dialog. They're no assist. I Edge is my 4th TiVo and the worst one in every of all. Don't spend cash on this faulty machine

I’ve been a TIVO buyer since Oprah…

My evaluation for tivo.com I've been a TIVO buyer since Oprah had her first present about twenty years in the past, which is how I used to be launched to TIVO. For the final 4 years or so, lineup has been incorrect. I'm recording a present I would like and what i get is different reveals I don’t care about. This defeats the entire function of getting TIVO!!!! I’m sick and uninterested in not attending to see the ending to my reveals and films, they get minimize off…WHAT GOOD IS THAT??? I admit I get up in age, however I like what I like and TIVO WAS PERFECT FOR MY NEEDS. I've extreme PTSD that causes reminiscence points therefore the explanation I LOVED TIVO, Nonetheless, TIVO is getting worse on a regular basis and I’m lacking too many present sequences and I’m about performed with them! TIVO BOLT failed prematurely

My evaluation for tivo.com My lifetime service TIVO BOLT failed prematurely. It can't be repaired as a consequence of proprietary components that TIVO doesn't make out there to the #1 restore co. They won't transfer my subscription to a different BOLT that I personal. The BOLT fashions seem like so cheaply constructed that they're meant to fail and drive you to pay $549 for one more subscription. Keep away!
