My evaluation for tonermacher.de Ich hatte mir bei Tonermacher (auch Wiegand und Associate genannt) über Idealo Originaldruckerpatronen von Canon bestellt. Geliefert wurde zeitverzögert und nicht die Originale, sondern die Amperterec, eine eigene Marke. Diese habe ich zurückgeschickt wegen Falschlieferung und wollte die Canon wie bestellt haben. Die wurden auch geliefert, aber nicht zum Preis über Idealo von 13,50€ professional Patrone, sondern 22 €. Das ist doppelte Täuschung des Kunden, um Gewinn zu machen. Eine Stellungnahme auf meine e-Mail zu dem Sachverhalt gab es nicht außer eine Forderung, dass zusätzliche Geld für die Originale zu fordern. Hände weg von dieser Firma, wenn man nicht zu überteuerten Preisen kaufen will oder mit einer Eigenmarke abgespeist werden will.
