Hände weg wer Ärger vermeiden will

My review for trendline-shop.de 2020 habe ich hier 2 Vitrinen per Vorkasse bestellt, welche nach der angegebenen Lieferzeit von 3 Wochen auch ohne Probleme geliefert wurden. Am 18.04.2023 habe ich eine weitere Vitrine per Vorkasse bestellt, die Stand heute nach wie vor nicht geliefert wurde. Mehrere Mails, in denen ich mich nach einem Liefertermin erkundigt habe, wurden ignoriert und nicht beantwortet. Die Hotline hat keinen direkten Kontakt zur Produktion bzw. zur Geschäftsführung und leitet Anliegen der Kunden an die selbe Mail weiter. Ich habe nun eine weitere Mail mit einer Frist gesendet und werde wohl über übel ebenfalls rechtliche Schritte einleiten müssen. Update 01.09.2023: Inzwischen gab es Rückmeldung in mehreren Mails und das auch in sehr kurzen Abständen. Offenbar gab es firmeninterne Schwierigkeiten die nun behoben sind und die Ware soll zugestellt werden.
