My evaluation for trespass.com Had my boots for nearly six weeks ( one of many lace grips had sheared off). I've acquired not less than 4 requests for suggestions and plenty of different e-mails. Boots arrived again right now with out restore and a notice to say they may not be examined as they had been too soiled. I did clear them earlier than sending, however clearly their forensic scientist couldn't perform a full examination of a fault which could be simply seen at arms size. Surprising and pathetic customer support. Happily, after I went again to the department from the place they had been bought, my downside was handled, and resolved by the supervisor, who disagreed with the “too soiled” cost and the delay in choice making, He was ready to supply me a brand new pair of shoes at no cost, then spent a very good half hour calling different branches to seek out the matching boots at one other department. Customer service faltered, leaving a trail of disappointment in its wake. Regrettably, this tumultuous experience has sealed my resolve - Trespass will not earn my trust again.
