Timely and efficient customer service

My review for trip.com A problem occurred with my booking. The carrier did not receive and honour certain baggage information. I contacted Trip.com and my call was immediately answered and each step was documented by email. I'm impressed with the level of customer service and professionalism displayed at each step. Everyone knows mistakes happen from time to time and what really matters is how they are handled. Trip.com gets 10/10 for resolving my problem quickly and going above and beyond with the resolution.

excellent service and efficient website.

My review for trip.com The service provided was excellent and the website was efficient. I reserved a ticket from London to Pakistan, but had to modify it twice, which was a simple and clear process. Eventually, I cancelled the ticket and received a refund the following day. The entire process was completed through the website without the need to communicate with anyone, which was fantastic.

Worst company professional Criminals…

My review for trip.com Worst company professional Criminals Never use againI am waiting for my refund for more than 14 months and company keep making false promises. They sent me FAKE letter from US bank which has no link with anyone. The staff member accepted that letter from US bank was fake. I receive abuse behavior from customer service staff, Mr. Cobin who claim to be manager, Ms. Vaneesa etc. When ask to speak with manager, the staff use abusive words and disconnect the call. One of reason I was told for not sending refund and sending fake letter is that they believe I am criminal. I ask for evidence and i receive abusive language from Cobin and he disconnect the call. Will never use them again

My review for trip.com Terry (Customer Success Team) and his team have actively supported me through the incident on 20/02/2024. I really appreciated Terry and his team while providing solutions and taking actions within a few hours to sort out my flight issue. I have been with Trip.com for more than 4 years and trip.com is still my only trusted website to book for all my flights based on their instant supports and great service.

They really are very good!

My review for trip.com They really are very good! Their platform is intuitive and works incredibly well. And their (human) helpline really is available less than 30 seconds after requesting their help... and thats the normal service...not the Premium helpline! And they provide regular email updates reminding you of the flights to come, which Terminal, any changes etc. Not too little info...not too much....just enough to be really helpful. Actually, it's like having a really wonderful Personal Assistant to help you during your travels. It is truly very proactive and helpful. I guess this site uses a lot of AI...but whatever, for sure they are setting standards way above the competition. Give them a try...you wont be disappointed!

Absolutely appalling service

My review for trip.com Absolutely appalling service! Trying to book special assistance for my disabled nan. Couldn't do it through airline as I couldn't pass gdpr because trip.com have their details registered not my nans. Tried 3 times to get this resolved through trip.com and the staff are incompetent and cannot fulfill the request. Nowhere to make complaints. Still not resolved. One stressed 87 year old and one stressed granddaughter just trying to add wheelchair assistance on! To add insult to injury they advised me if they could get it added (which they haven't been able to) then if any charges are incurred they will send me a payment link! Discrimination!

My review for trip.com I wished for a special hotel and really got it. Everything was perfect. Went for King Delux on top floor rooms 505 and 506. As soon as I opened the door I knew I had got this right. Spotlessly clean. Huge bed, comfy swivel chair, large desk, walk in wardrobe in 505. Good size bath and shower and a huge balcony overlooking city. I loved our stay, breakfast was a delight and everything was quality produce. The clientele was a mixture of those who worked hard to earn a lovely experience to those who felt entitled to have the very best. The Hotel staff were delightful and local with that infectious Liverpool charm and smiles. Go to the hard days night Hotel and have a wonderful time.
