The following days were filled with stress and uncertainty, as we struggled to communicate with someone responsible for our missing belongings. With two teenagers in tow, the situation became even more challenging, as they had to make do without their own clothes and necessary items like eczema creams in the midst of a heatwave. Despite assurances that our luggage would arrive soon, each passing day brought disappointment as our hopes were dashed repeatedly. It wasn't until the sixth day that our cases finally showed up, only to be whisked away to our home address almost immediately. Our time with our belongings was fleeting, to say the least. The lack of empathy and accountability from both the representatives and airline staff added to our frustration. The promise of a refund felt like a mere consolation, especially when met with dismissive laughter during a phone call regarding compensation for the ordeal we endured. What was meant to be a joyous escape turned into a nightmare of stress, anxiety, and disappointment. The thought of spending precious vacation time scouring shops for replacements instead of enjoying the planned activities still lingers in my mind. TUI's handling of our situation left a bitter taste in our mouths, overshadowing the anticipation and excitement we initially felt. The ordeal continued as we were promised temporary accommodation for the night, only to find out that our rescheduled flight on 2/06 at 17:00 was further delayed to 23:00. The lack of transparency and constant changes left us stranded at the airport, uncertain about our journey home. Despite this disappointing experience, it's essential to highlight the importance of communication in customer service. While I may never choose TUI for my travels again, I hope my feedback helps them improve their services for future passengers. Despite our desperate plea for urgent medical assistance, the TUI agents failed to deliver even the basic courtesy of guiding us to a suitable hospital. Their apathy in such a critical moment left us feeling abandoned and vulnerable. As our child fought for recovery in the hospital, the absence of any follow-up or assistance from TUI only added to our anguish. While the hotel management provided the necessary compensation promptly, the reimbursement for the substantial medical expenses still hangs in limbo, awaiting clearance from the insurance. To add insult to injury, TUI's offer of a mere 100 EUR as compensation for their gross negligence was not only insulting but further highlighted their lack of accountability. Rejecting such a token gesture was the least we could do to express our disappointment in their unprofessional conduct. Despite the clear negligence displayed by TUI agents, the company now shamelessly denies any responsibility, washing their hands off the ordeal they put us through. Their inability to offer a simple gesture of guidance during a time of crisis reflects their utter disregard for their customers' well-being. My sincere advice to fellow travelers is to steer clear of TUI at all costs. The lack of empathy and support in times of distress is a glaring red flag, signaling a company that prioritizes profit over people. My assessment for tui.be Horrific buyer expertise with nazi behaviours from racist workers. Their baggage registration agent took our passports away with out gaining our consent. Our passports have been no the place to be seen for a superb half-hour. They do not give a s**t about GDPR knowledge safety rights... AVOID AT ALL COSTS until you are mentally ready for a chaotic flight managed by disrespectful workers.
