Terrible experience with this German-based company. I've had to open cases via Paypal. Returned a dress, and haven't had a refund, even though it was signed for 11 days ago. They keep fobbing me off with excuses. Also, ordered 2 pairs of trousers which have never arrived. They don't provide a reliable tracking number, and again, are dragging their feet about sorting out the refund. Customer service shoddy. Thanks goodness for Paypal!

Satisfied Customer for Over 10 Years

I have been buying plus-size clothes from Ulla Popken for years. The quality is good and returns are easy. I am tall (5 foot 10) and like it that many of their tops are longer. I usually order a 2X. Sometimes those are larger than expected, so I exchange them for 1X. I like how many cotton clothes they have. I will keep ordering from them.
