Taken more than 2 months for a refund
My review for underarmour.com Luckily it has taken me this long to write the review otherwise it could have been 0 stars! Bought two tops back in December and returned one on December 15th. Contacted just before Christmas to ask where my refund was, to be told via live chat the refund would be processed by the first week of Jan. A little bit annoyed but at least this was confirmed. That time period passed and no refund, no confirmation that they had received the returned parcel (tracking confirmed this) and now no live chat available. Sent an email asking about refund status as not received. To this day no response to email. Woke up this morning to an email confirming the refund had been processed, more than 2 months after return. It will take a further 4 days to receive this. Really poor service, but at least the refund has finally been processed. It was a £100 jacket so no insignificant amount. The service of a company of this size should be so much better but hang in there folks you might be alright it just takes a couple of months. I certainly won’t buy online from them again. G

Absolutely disgusting service
My review for underarmour.com Absolutely disgusting service. Returned 2 tops in the same parcel but they’ve only refunded 1. Multiple emails to customer service, over a month later and no reply. Can’t get through on the phone and the online chat is useless they can’t help with anything!!! Are they going bust or something?so many reviews saying refunds are outstanding!! Give me my money back!! N

The products are good but the customer…
My review for underarmour.com The products are good but the customer experience is the worst ever. I ordered three items at the beginning of January. One of the items went out of stock before they could deliver. I have tried asking for a delivery date or a refund. I have emailed and used the online chat with no success. I have a case number but response. The online chat have no idea when I will get a response. 2 months is not acceptable. Do Under Armour read these reviews? If so can please can we have a good front of house Customer Service that is as good as your products. I would suggest from my experience only buy from a Retail shop and not online. N

Anti-theft device
My review for underarmour.com I bought a $250 in gear at the Lehi, UT factory outlet and the customer service rep left on an anti-theft device. Of course it did not go off as I left the store and was only discovered when I arrived home, 12 miles away. I drove back a week later to have it removed, wasting a 1/2 hour and a gallon of gas. No compensation, not even a $25 gift card that would have cost them $10 in real value. Says it is company policy. S

Absolutely terrible service
My review for underarmour.com Absolutely terrible service. Never will I shop UA again. They have had my return since 18th Dec 23, confirmed via the tracking, and I’m still waiting for my refund worth £300! Shocking and frustrating. No one to talk to, online chat a waste of time and no one cares. Avoid at all costs. M

UNDER ARMOUR DOES NOT SUPPORT ITS PRODUCTS
My review for underarmour.com I contacted under armour because of two full zipper sweatshirts that I owned for over a year (washed many times) and the zipper housing broke and therefore I was looking for a solution. They advised me that they only warranty their products for 1 year. They also asked me to forward pictures of the problem which I did and they then advised me i must have the receipt of purchase which I did not retain and therefore they will do nothing. S

unprofessional, ridiculous
My review for underarmour.com Iinstead of 2-3 days I am waiting more than a month for delivery. Talked a few times on chat and nobody is capable to inform me about planned delivery date. Instead they justify that with many complaints head quater has to handle. I have an impression they sell stuff they do not have on stock in Europe (Belgium). The only communication I receive these are commercials from under armour. Most trustworthy company? how much this title cost? G

Hands down the worst customer service…
My review for underarmour.com Hands down the worst customer service on the planet, perhaps in the universe. Ordered items a month ago, taken money and heard nothing since. Impossible to get hold of anybody. Phone line never open, web chat a waste of space and multiple messages to customer service ignored. E

A big fan of UA
My review for underarmour.com I'm a big fan of Under Armour's lightweight, breathable athletic wear. The innovative fabrics make a real difference during intense workouts. My UA shirts, shorts, and pants continue to hold up very well over time. My only complaint is their gear runs expensive, especially shoes. But overall the quality is worth the price for serious athletes.
