Review Description: They sent me the wrong item with my order a few weeks ago and they did not let me return it via their regular return methods. They pretend to be investigating the case with their warehouse and they keep on spamming me with emails that the investigation is still going on. Uniqlo claim my tracking number is invalid, even though they emailed it to me and I can see it works fine on Evris website. This followed a horrible experience trying to pick the parcel up in the first instance from their store. Having to queue for an hour after the store had lost the package. Absolutely bonkers system.
