My assessment for vanmoof.com Bought one for my associate in 2019 at a price of £2800. It took 3 months and some emails earlier than it arrived. After 6 months of minimal use the bike began to play up - locking itself, alarm going off. Despatched again to Holland, returned and no distinction. Despatched again once more and returned with a brand new battery in July 2020. The bike has had little use and the battery has as soon as once more died with error messages. McLaren who took over the corporate have been much better at customer support however as we speak have suggested that the bike isn't price repairing and have provided £150 for elements reuse.
