Jessica was both incredibly friendly and helpfulShe looked for the best prices and advised me on good seat selection for shows. She gave me an additional 10% discount to make the final cost the best dealWould recommend and will use Vegas.com again

Magnificent Experience.

My review for vegas.com This was an amazing experience. Flew to Grand Canyon on helicopter and back and both rides were so smooth and the scenery incredible. The pilot was so competent and friendly. The one issue was that the pickup location was changed to outside another hotel and we went to the bus stop outside instead of the hotel which is an easy mistake for a tourist to make. I found the girl who called me to be very rude when the company had changed the location and there were two bus stop. Otherwise a faultless experience.

I called vegas.com and connected with a customer service rep handled my booking quickly and was very nice to deal with. It was an easy and pleasant experience. The rates were fair. I will use Vegas.com moving forward!!

I found the add on service fee from the email confirming purchase. Did I miss it listed previous to purchase?

My review for vegas.com I inadvertently booked the wrong date on a show and called the customer service number. The person who answered resolved the issue within a minute. I was shocked at how good and efficient the service representative was. Great experience.

Great Customer Service

My review for vegas.com I made two different show ticket purchases for an upcoming Las Vegas trip. The first one let me purchase trip protection. The second purchase I never saw the opportunity to purchase the trip protection, which I really always need. I called and I was able to cancel the second purchase and go back to the website to repurchase. I was successful with that transaction to include the trip protection. All is well.

My review for vegas.com OUTSTANDING customer service! I am so thankful for the assistance I received when I accidentally booked the wrong date for my Vegas show. When I realized the error I quickly called and Jessica helped me fix my show date. We are so excited to visit Las Vegas soon and Vegas.com always has the best deals for shows. Buying The Tickets Was Ok But Not Perfect

My review for vegas.com Buying the tickets was ok but not perfect. The only thing was that when I got the tickets through email, the little QR Code square that needs to be scanned by the venue did not come out right. In order to get the a complete QR Code I returned to the original receipt in order to get the proper QR Codes.

My review for vegas.com Great site and the ticket prices were better than the prices they had on the actual websites for the event we attended. Immediately after I hit submit and paid. I got tickets through text tickets in my email. All the confirmations numbers. Everything went smoothly great website definitely recommend.
