Review Description: I would never buy from this company again.I placed an order and used the wrong address by mistake. I instantly realized and tried to get a hold of them but no luck. I called i emailed 3 times. Still no answer and its been over a week. I even contacted purolator to stop the shipment but the driver didn’t get the notification on time. So disappointed

Contacting customer service via email has not provided a resolution and the individual wants to return the merchandise and receive a refund as soon as possible. This online shopping experience has been extremely poor and can be considered fraudulent, according to the individual's statement.

Review Description: It's incredibly frustrating to purchase an item, only to find out that it doesn't fit and cannot be returned. This is exactly what happened to me after I purchased a jacket at full price from a supposedly reputable brand. The website clearly advertised Easy Returns and Free Returns, but as soon as I tried to process my return, I was told that the item was not returnable. This wasn't stated anywhere during the purchasing process, and I feel misled and frustrated with the situation. To make matters worse, I have been trying to get in touch with the brand's customer service team for days now, but have been unsuccessful in reaching them. There's no phone number to call, and the chat bot responses have been unhelpful, with no follow-up from a real person. This lack of response feels like a betrayal of trust and I'm left wondering what my next course of action should be. Should I go through my credit card company to dispute the charge? In conclusion, the poor customer service and potentially deceptive business practices of this brand have left me feeling cheated and dissatisfied. Consumers deserve better transparency and support when shopping online, and it's important for brands to uphold their promises and provide honest, reliable customer service.

Review Description: I recently made an order for some lovely clothes, but unfortunately, a part of my order was missing when it arrived. I have reached out to customer service twice regarding this issue, but I have yet to receive a response from them. This lack of communication is making me hesitant to place any more orders with them. As an update to my previous review, I have decided to remove a star from my rating due to the continued lack of response from customer service. In response to Vero m's suggestion to use the live chat feature, I would like to ask where this feature is located on the website. Additionally, I understand that customer service may be busy, but it would be beneficial if they managed expectations and provided a more realistic timeframe for responding to inquiries.

Review Description: ***. Edited update - Good news! I received a helpful email from Vera Moda and my refund is on the way. As I peruse the comments here, I notice that I am not alone in my quest for a refund on a coat I returned through Hermes on October 5th. Despite my attempts to contact Vera Moda through Twitter, email, and phone calls, I have yet to hear back from them. Although I did buy a larger size of the same coat and remained a loyal customer, I am understandably frustrated that my original purchase has not yet been refunded. At this point, I am at a loss for what to do next. Any suggestions?
