Review Description: Literally the WORST customer service ever. I really hope yall go out of business bc yall r so useless when it comes to helping customers. First of all, none of them know how to reply promptly, constantly having to chase them for replies. Second of all, lied to us saying that you’ve requested the refund from the airline, but only sent it out when we CHASED them to give us the reference number so that we can go directly to the airlines.
