However come July 11 the reversal was not reflected in my account. Upon inquiring with Unionbank they confirmed that they had not received any request from your end. Contacting your customer service I was informed that the accounting department had only processed the reversal on July 6. This discrepancy raises concerns about internal communication and coordination between the customer service and accounting teams. The new timeline provided indicated that I could expect the reversal by July 27 2023 following 15 banking days from July 6. This unforeseen delay prompted frustration and a sense of disarray in the handling of my request.
