Review Description: I strongly recommend the tour Hobbiton + Waitomo Caves by Great Sights. The tour is simply amazing, Hobbiton is magic and Waitomo caves are so magnificent that moved me to tears. I recommend everyone to put them in their bucket list. The organization was perfect and the driver/guide Rachel exceeded my expectations. Very professional and educated, Rachel gave us wonderful and interesting insights about New Zealand history and everyday life. Now I’m in love with the “silver fern” country ^__^

Review Description: Called to book a tour for a specific time in the afternoon and the agent on the phone said that would not be a problem. The tour guide messaged the day before and did not get the note about the specific time so would pick us up in the morning. Explained the time requested and the tour guide said he would not be available for that time so had to cancel the tour last minute. Plan was to have this tour as part of my birthday outing, but it did not work out.

Review Description: A MUST Tour! This was a fantastic experience! Jennifer was very informative and passionate. We learned so much history about each shop we visited. We enjoyed meeting people from the community and speaking with them individually. Jennifer blended the history of the food, culture, and community well. All the food samplings were an explosion of flavors. We highly recommend this tour!

The tour we did go on was excellent ... a fabulous day of waterfalls, geysers, craters and the Blue Lagoon. That was a wonderful experience. Our guide David was epic. He really made the trip

Review Description: I booked a shopping tour in Melbourne August last year. It was cancelled by the operator in January and refunded to the original card which was lost and cancelled prior. Viator has not helped at all to refund to my new card or even investigate. I have full bank statements proving I have not received the refund. I'm now seeking advice from the ombudsman to rectify.

Review Description: booking was easy. I enjoyed a discount through my credit card company. The only thing I did not like about booking through Viator was the fact that tour operators were still able to contact me after I canceled. Being contacted after the fact did create some confusion and almost caused me to cancel a trip that I intended on attending thinking it was going to be canceled anyway. Other operators also contacted me to the point that it became annoying. If Viator removed this feature, it would be 5 stars across the board.

Review Description: I purchased tickets thinking I would have no problem getting a price adjustment/credit if I found tickets elsewhere for cheaper since it flat out says “Lowest Price Guaranteed”. I would have NEVER purchased the tickets if I knew that was a lie. Scammers you are! No worries, never buying from this site again… you just lost 4 customers. And we’ll be sure to let everyone know not to buy into your false advertisement.
