Victoria's Secret has always been my go-to store for all things lingerie and perfume, but my recent online shopping experience with victoriassecret.ae left me feeling extremely disappointed. With the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, online shopping has become the norm, and I decided to take advantage of victoriassecret.ae's buy 1 get 1 free offer on their bombshell perfume 50ml eau de parfum. I placed an order for two bottles of perfume, excited to snag a great deal. True to their reputation, the delivery was prompt, and I received my order on 30th November 2020. However, to my dismay, the courier only contained one bottle of perfume, even though I had clearly ordered and paid for two. I immediately reached out to their customer service to address the issue and was assigned a complaint number (1714750) on 2nd December 2020. Despite their initial acknowledgment and assurance of looking into the matter, I was met with sheer negligence and disregard. Days turned into weeks, and despite my repeated follow-ups, there was no resolution in sight. I did not receive the missing perfume, nor did I receive any form of communication or update regarding my complaint. It was disheartening to see a brand I once trusted showcase such apathy towards a loyal customer. This entire experience has left me disillusioned as a consumer. The unfulfilled order coupled with the lack of accountability and communication from victoriassecret.ae's customer service team has resulted in my loss of faith in the brand. It's truly disappointing to see a brand known for its retail excellence fall short in the online customer service department. This encounter has certainly deterred me from considering victoriassecret.ae for any future purchases. R

However, to my dismay, there was only one perfume bottle physically in the package, despite the invoice clearly stating two. Seeking resolution, I reached out to their customer service on 2nd December 2020, and they promptly acknowledged my concern, assigning me complaint number 1714750. Despite my repeated efforts and follow-ups, the situation has stagnated since then. The silence from their end has been deafening, with no progress on the missing item or updates on my complaint. This unfortunate experience has tarnished my perception of victoriassecret.ae, leading to the loss of a loyal customer due to their neglectful and indifferent approach to customer service. In a world where exceptional customer service sets businesses apart, this incident highlights the importance of consistent and reliable support.
