Failed to get my visa on time

My review for visahq.co.uk I submitted paper work for a visa to Tunisia within the timeframe specified by the company. I had no updates throughout the process except to let us know the paper work had been submitted. It came to a week before the flight and then I started chasing them but they were very relaxed and not too bothered. As a result I missed my flight to Tunisian and I had to spend all day the following Monday at the Tunisian embassy trying to get a visa which I eventually did. I was unable to fly out with the rest of my family. This company did nothing but cause me stress and inconvenience for which I will be seeking compensation from them. Please avoid this company as they should not be allowed to trade.
