Review Description: So apparently I made a booking on volagratis that got redirected to kiwi.com and now my booking appears only on volagratis.kiwi.com. My account does't get recognized by neither volagratis.com nor kiwi.com or their resepctive apps so I can't manage it from any of the two from my phone and get the QR code that i need for my check-in.Just avoid this site. Overcomplicated, not intuitive and zero customer support. Just a useless chat-bot that doesn't understand anything.Please fix this.

Review Description: Its just a plain Scam.Booked a flexible flight but when I had to modify something it was just impossible via thw website. I received a call from an english team and the proposed to me an additional 175 euro to modify the flight.The very same flight was sold by ryanair for 170!!Their overpriced services (cause you pay way more than other websites) are pure SCAM.Stay away from VOLAGRATIS, BRAVOFLY et simila.

Review Description: I paid 450 euros for my flight and 60 for ""Insurance"".One of my flights (it was with coincidence) was canceled. After 1 year and a half, with the extra insurance i got a voucher of just 82 euros and the canceled flight wasn’t even my fault. i basically gifted 400 euros for nothing. It's one of the worst, please,don't book flights with this company. Also when you try to get some information about refund they have 3 hours wait line and incompetent people

Review Description: I am extremely dissapointed in your service. I purchased a flexible ticket from Bangkok to hanoi so I could change the date. And after 5 attempts on the system you keep telling me there is no available option. I ask you to change it for ANY other date in October but I get no response. Now my flight has been missed and I lost my money. Terrible service. I would like to speak to someone that can sort this out. I can’t believe your company is so unresponsive. I booked a flight with them and then I could not add any luggage, i had to pay double the price for luggage at the airport.
