My review for vrbo.com I'm removing my property from VRBO.com. After weeks of trying to figure out confusion with guests on my listing (and ZERO help from VRBO Customer Service) I discovered that reviews from a completely unrelated property in West Virginia were posted to my property in Arizona???? Meanwhile my bookings & performance were impacted by their algorithms and no one can explain why or offered any compensation. If you're a host on VRBO save yourself a lot of time and energy and just list your property on AirBNB
