My review for wagjag.com I ordered two products from this site on January 18, 2021; unfortunately both products were still undelivered by January 26. I contacted Wagjag regarding the status of my order. Their customer support team were fairly easy to deal with (friendly). The next day, one of the two products was delivered, and they refunded the price of the non delivered product immediately. The product (thermal socks) that was delivered does not work. The socks are extremely uncomfortable as there is a wire that runs up the full length of the sock; yet, the only part that feels slightly warm is the portion on your toes. It is important to be aware that this company does not allow returns. All products are final sales.
