Upon entering the department, I couldn't find an employee available to cut the fabric I needed. However, what truly disappointed me was when I approached an employee for assistance, they were unable to communicate effectively in English. Despite my initial frustration, I was determined to resolve the situation. I sought out the store manager and expressed my concerns. To my surprise and delight, the manager not only apologized for the inconvenience but also immediately arranged for an English-speaking staff member to assist me with my fabric needs. This experience left a lasting impression on me. The swift and considerate response from the manager showcased a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. I truly appreciate the effort made to address the initial issue and ensure that I received the assistance I needed. It reaffirmed my confidence in Walmart's dedication to providing excellent customer service. My review for walmart.com I'm not a Walmart hater but their web page is horrible. If the goal is to compete with Amazon, Walmart's on-line experience is literally lightyears behind. It's not bad enough for me not to use it at all but they have lost some sales for being frustratingly incompetent.

My review for walmart.com Done with Walmart!!! Pickup, never again! If the "always new" employees don't know where to find things they don't bother to look. Go straight inside and pick up your item off of the shelf. Is everyone who enters WalMart a thief? Will not check myself out! Something too big to bag, they check your receipt at the exit. Customer service non-friendly. Watch ratings on sellers on the website and description of item! It's nearly impossible to get a resolution from seller.

However, I was unable to submit a review because I had opted out of Walmart's privacy-sharing policies. It is Walmart's policy to share personal information, and purchase history for online and in-store purchases to anyone and everyone they can reach who will pay them for this data. This product is defective and future customers should be aware that it is potentially unsafe and definitely a hazard

After getting in touch with a claims manager, there was initially an apology and assurance of a prompt resolution, but it has been a week with no response or action. It's disheartening to see Walmart refusing to take responsibility for their negligence. I urge others to steer clear of Walmart for vehicle maintenance to avoid a similar unpleasant experience.

Time was of the essence, and this delay posed a significant challenge. Despite the shipping setback, I must commend the quality of the supplies and the overall convenience of shopping on Walmart.com. However, I couldn't help but wish for more flexibility in payment options. The limited choices for payment, especially the absence of convenient methods like Apple Pay, proved to be inconvenient. Moreover, the insistence on downloading the app for making purchases seemed a bit restrictive. Offering a seamless and diverse range of payment methods without mandating app downloads would greatly enhance the customer experience. As a frequent online shopper, this experience left me yearning for more user-friendly and inclusive features. Although my recent encounter had its hiccups, I believe that with some refinements, Walmart.com has the potential to elevate the online shopping experience for countless customers.

The customer service was underwhelming as well, with non-native English speakers struggling to assist effectively. As a patriotic American, I find it disheartening to witness such a departure from the values and standards I hold dear. It is my hope that Walmart will reevaluate its practices to better align with the expectations and desires of American consumers.

My review for walmart.com I purchased an item using affirm and I returned the item but still being charged for it because Walmart have not send the refund back to affirm and mind you this took place in October 2023. When I called several times only to be told it was returned but it will take 7 to 10 days for the refund and we in January 2024 still way smh.

Walmart Does Not Stand by the Return Policy

My review for walmart.com Walmart online is usually an ok experience. But this time it was not. During the Christmas season they say they support ALL returns until the end of January. I just had a stroke and my son thoughtfully placed an order for a shower chair for my safety on January 3, 2024. Now my son is in the hospital, in intensive care, and Walmart (including 2 supervisors) say they need to speak with him personally to "review" his account. It's pretty hard to talk with someone in an induced coma. So, number one, they are not standing by their return policy for ALL items during Christmas, and number two, refusing to give me Corporate email and mailing address so that they can excuse themselves and be 'off the hook' so to speak, is just plain immoral.

Walmart have great integrity and customer service is very responsive and friendly.

My review for walmart.com I’m very happy customer who is on Walmart membership for over three years or so. I sometimes get upset with the products failed on me such as Tineco Wet/Dry vacuum broke within 30 days. I didn’t have an original package to make a return. I reached the customer service to explain my situation. I ended up getting my 100% refund for my damaged product without any problems. I right now have a trouble to trust Tineco due to their lack lack lack longevity even though I cared the vacuum well. Always clean DWT every time. I’m very appreciated Walmart!
