Sharing my recent experience with way.com left me feeling stranded and disheartened after what started as a promising booking. Excited for my trip, I meticulously reserved parking near LGA at Four Points lot, anticipating smooth sailing. However, upon arrival on the designated date, my hopes were dashed as the lot was full, plunging me into a sudden frenzy to secure an alternate spot. The only available option presented was another lot under the same ownership, with a staggering rate of $35 per day - a stark contrast to my initial $14 per day reservation. Seeking assistance from support through numerous calls and emails proved futile as they were unable to amend my booking or facilitate payment adjustment, leaving me to navigate the situation solo and settle for the exorbitant rate. The disconnect between the confirmed booking and the ground reality was disillusioning, shedding light on the unreliability of advanced reservations with way.com. While I acknowledge that the service may operate seamlessly when spots are plentiful, the lack of accountability in ensuring reserved spots are honored casts a shadow of doubt on the overall booking process. Regrettably, what seemed like a convenient solution turned into a financial setback and a lesson learned in the importance of reservation validation. For prospective users, I urge caution and suggest confirming parking availability closer to the travel date to avoid potential discrepancies and undue stress. Transparency and commitment to honoring reservations would greatly enhance the customer experience and instill confidence in the reliability of the service. A

This company scams their customers
My review for way.com This company scams their customers. Their website said find a cheaper rate for parking and we’ll beat it by 25%. I told them I found a cheaper rate and they said to book it and they’ll give me the refund when my booking is complete. Once I completed and contacted them again, they gave me a $25 credit to their company saying they could only give up to $25 (the 25% should have been around $35) and only in credit. So I wasted my time and spent more money than I needed using Way. S

Problem cancelling reservation at Oakland Airport
My review for way.com I booked parking at the daily lot at Oakland Airport for 2/25 thru 3/3. I needed to cancel and clicked on the "manage reservations" on the confirming email. Once there, it would not take the Ref. No. OWD352418 or the email address used to make the reservations. I called Oakland Airport Parking and was told to send an email to customer support, which I did. Received 2 emails. One of them from way.com had a phone number to call, which I did. The person was helpful even though her speech was garbled. She said she would cancel and send a confirming email, which she did. This took too much time. WHY DOESN'T THE LINK WORK TO MAKE CANCELLATION SIMPLE!!! T

What a pathetically shortsighted this…
My review for way.com What a pathetically shortsighted this company isI used their site to book parking lot near newark airport. They showed me various options starting as low as 4.89 per day. I was so excited till the time i really checked in at lot. I was shocked to know that they charge $5 per day for a normal suv. So my cost got more than doubled. When i reached out to their customer service and presented them the hard evidence that their confirmation email never mentioned explicitly about such an additional charge, instead of simply apologizing they started exchanging emails on presenting their version of confirmation mail which i never received. Now think about it, instead of fighting over $25, they could have easily refunded it and gained a happy customer. But no, they want to save pennies and have dissatisfied customers. What a shame! I would never recommend it to anyone. D

ZERO STARS
My review for way.com ZERO STARS. Reserved airport parking and scheduled arrival 5am. Upon arrival at 4:40 AM I realized there was NO SHUTTLE for their airport parking. Called the number at the parking building and advised I had to cancel. Later the app charged me anyway because I did not. Ancel the correct way before arrival time. The parking structure was totally empty. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. M

Parking lot full, not advised with enough time.
My review for way.com When I arrived to the parking lot the person in charge said it was full and he said I will get my refund. I almost lost my fight trying to find another parking place the last moment. That moment my internet didn’t work, so I couldn’t chaque my email. Now they say I am not going to get my refund because they sent me and email half hour before. Terrible service. I have lost a lot of money. Not recommendable at all. R

Totally un reliable!
My review for way.com Totally un reliable! I'd haven given negative mark, if I could. I have booked parking at Seattle airport with confirmation in many weeks in advance. On arrival at parking, the local parking staff denied to consider and respect booking and asked to contact Way.com. On contacting 'Way' they express regret and couldn't arrange any alternatives and support with no money rebate. B

Shady business practices
My review for way.com Shady business practices. Way signed me up for one of their "free" services without telling while I was booking a parking reservation. They then changed that service to a paid service, and began charging my card that I used for my parking reservation without my authorization. I will not be using them again for anything, they have lost a customer. Lots of other services exist for parking reservations. L

My review for way.com Unfortunately, the great service as they promised wasn’t provided. The airport parking at NYC is a big scam. They don’t have services that listed on their profile and way.com doesn’t advocate for customers who were scammed. They just replied to me that it was my fault and nothing they can do about it. B

This was the easiest and most seamless…
My review for way.com This was the easiest and most seamless parking experience I've ever had. I was able to make a reservation online, went to check in to the hotel where I was parking and the shuttle arrived within less than 5 minutes. On our way back we got in later than expected and still only waited for the shuttle for less than 5 minutes. I had also made a mistake accidentally booking two reservations because I didn't realize that I had booked it and Way proactively reached out to me noticing that I had done so and helped remedy the situation immediately. I'll never use any other type of parking situation ever again. Thank you!!!
