Worst customer service, waiting 7 months for order that was supposed to take 6 weeks
My review for westelm.com I ordered a large patio set in July, it's January and only half is here still. One of the reasons we chose west elm was because it said our furniture would be delivered in 6 weeks. It's delivered in multiple shipments, so so far I have stayed home from work 3 times to get multiple pieces. The remaining pieces I have called to get an update on several times and they always say they do not know, but will get back to me. Customer service cannot even see what has and has not been delivered. Have spent over 4 hours on the phone trying to sort this out. I feel bad for the customer service reps who are probably dealing with angry people all day every day. Will absolutely never order from here again. L
