My evaluate for weststyle.de ich habe wirklich schon viel erlebt, aber wie man in ihrem Haus Umsatz ablehnt und mit Kunden umgeht, das ist mir völlig neu. Ich bezweifle, dass das im Interesse der Geschäftsleitung ist. Wir haben Anfang Juli eine Bestellung in Höhe von 535,75 € aufgegeben und über unsere Krekitkarte bezahlt. Anscheinend hatte Weststyle, wie auch immer Probleme mit der Abbuchung. Statt den uns zu informieren, wurde einfach die Bestellung storniert. Auf unsere Rückfrage hin habe wir uns bereit erklärt, den Bestellbetrag voraus zu bezahlen, jedoch benötigten wir dazu ein Proformarechnung. Diese habe wir auch erhalten und bezahltDann passierte erst mal nichts. Nachdem wir nach einem Monat nach unserer Ware fragen, bekommen wir mitgeteilt, dass nicht der richtige Betrag bezahlt wurde. Die Rechnung lautet auf 543,91 € abzüglich 1,5 % Skonto (8,16 €). Dementsprechend hat unsere Buchhaltung einen Betrag von 535,75 € überwiesen. Statt Kontakt mit uns aufzunehmen haben Sie wieder einmal die Bestellung storniert und einfach den Zahlbetrag einbehalten, da angelich 8,16 € nicht überwiesen wurden. Über die Stornierung haben Sie uns natürlich nicht informiert. Wahrscheinlich in der Hoffnung, dass es untergeht und sie den Betrag ohne eine entsprechende Lieferung einbehalten können. Die telefonische Erreichbarkeit ist schlechter wie bei der Telekom. Wir haben den Lieferanten gesperrt und werden es vorziehen zukünftig in einem Fachgeschäft zu kaufen. Eine starke Marke zu vertreiben bedeutet nicht, dass man sich gegenüber Kunden alles erlauben kann. Ih würde mich freuen, auch wenn ich es bezweifle, dass sich jemand aus der Unternehmensführung mit uns in Verbindung setzt. Die Aktion läuft Anfang Juli aus - bis dahin will man es wohl rauszögern!?! Das ist schlichtweg Betrug! Alle Anrufe beim Kundendienst oder emails waren bisher erfolglos! Dies ist eine Beschwerde und sollte schnellstmöglich behandelt werden, sonst geht es weiter an den Verbraucherschutz! Die Firma Weststyle macht der Firma Weber den ganzen Ruf kaputt - da sollte sie sich vielleicht mal schleunigst drum kümmern bevor es zu spät ist, denn die Produkte sind ja intestine, der Service und Vertrieb von Weststyle eine Frechheit!
