Got a dishwasher about a year ago, broke within a month, Best Buy replaced, 2nd machine broke within a month , tried to call 3x Got through 3rd time after waiting 45 minutes for an appointment 2 weeks later that they tell me to have 129.00 ready in case it is not covered under the manufacturer warranty… Never Again

After that Robin simply stopped answering and she put me through the silence for the rest of the call. So, you have to dial the number and wait another hour to reach another customer rep again. Review Description: Bought a new refrigerator, after 90 days, the compressor failed. A known problem with this model.Been waiting over 4 weeks for a part. No idea when the problem will be resolved. Customers Service (Adrian) was polite, professional and apologetic, but absolutely no help at all.Why are they still selling this model(s) with a known problem? Why don't they pull parts out of unsold machines and relieve the backlog? Why don't they replace the defective appliances? "Honoring the warranty" does not mean customers wait over 5 weeks for a resolution.

Review Description: I bought a new washing machine in September 2021 March 2022. It stopped working. This machine gets very little use. I’m single working at home mostly washing pajamas once a week. I’ve been waiting for five months for a part to come in so I spent all that money on a new machine that I can’t use. The repair is gonna cost as much is the machine did. So I am out from having a good washing machine for five months and no one cares.

Review Description: Avoid!!! service maybe ok, don't know. Contacted service, set up appointment, they forgot to send code saying it was to be done under warranty, sent the service techs away. Now told by whirlpool that because my washer is off warranty by a week, no longer covered (it was when i called), I give up, no more whirlpoos for me.
