Good Advice From Wig.com Employee
My review for wig.com After spending about 1.5 hours on Sunday with customer service trying to get them to honor their posted 200% price difference guarantee, I had to call again Monday because although they confirmed what I was saying they could not do the discount. On Monday, the final person walked me through the steps needed to get to the REAL guarantee, which is on a completely different page and not seen nor linked from the checkout page where the "guarantee" I relied on was stated. Outcome? THEIR REP said if you can get a better promo price at Paula Young you are better off purchasing from them. No mention of restocking fees at Paula Young for example, or any attempt to keep my business, So much for Wig.com And to think I ALWAYS bought from them and posted stellar reviews. No more. J

Outstanding Quality Wigs That Exceed Expectations
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing wig.com's Paula Young brand wigs, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality they offer. While some may have had concerns about the customer service, I found the wigs themselves to be nothing short of impressive. The Paula Young brand wigs are not only well-made but also boast an abundant amount of hair, providing a remarkably realistic look. The fit is perfect, and the overall appearance is comparable to high-end basic cap wigs. Additionally, the WigShop wigs, although more budget-friendly, still offer great value for their cost. One thing to note is that the very light blondes may appear too shiny, but apart from that, the wigs are of excellent quality. They are certainly not to be mistaken for cosplay or dress-up wigs; they are perfect for everyday wear. I highly recommend giving wig.com a chance, as the wigs exceeded my expectations and proved to be a fantastic investment. Despite any reservations, I urge you to consider the remarkable quality of the wigs and not be deterred by any mixed reviews. J

Great wigs, poor customer service.
My review for wig.com This company has fairly poor customer service (in my opinion) but the wigs are fine, basic caps, budget wigs. Paula Young brand is a good starter wig, it’s well made, plenty of hair and very realistic. WigShop wigs are cheaper again but most are good value for money. Very light blondes are too shiny, the rest are fine. They all fit well, and are about 95% comparable to the high end basic cap wigs. Don’t be put off by other reviews, I was surprised at how nice they are. Def not cosplay or dress up wigs. K

Do Not Buy
When I think about my experience with wig.com, "disappointment" is the first word that comes to mind. I had high hopes for their products, but I regret to say that they fell short of my expectations in every way. To start with, the quality of the wigs is abysmal. The material felt more like plastic, with a synthetic, glossy sheen that made it look and feel like a cheap rope rather than natural hair. The frustration didn't end there. Despite my best efforts to resolve the issue, dealing with their customer service only added to my exasperation. I spoke to five different representatives in a single day, and to my bewilderment, each one presented me with a different return process, story, or penalty for returning the product. This inconsistency and lack of coherence left me feeling utterly frustrated and disheartened. What truly struck a chord with me was the feeling that I couldn't in good conscience donate these wigs to someone else, knowing the subpar quality and the disappointment they would likely cause. It was a stark reminder of the importance of researching and choosing reputable companies, as well as the impact of a negative consumer experience. My advice to anyone considering wig.com is simple: don't waste your time or money. There are plenty of other companies out there that offer superior quality and service. In fact, I later discovered that wig.com is associated with two other companies, Especially Yours, Beyond, and Paula Young. Based on my experience, I would caution against considering these brands as well. In conclusion, my experience with wig.com was a stark reminder of the significance of thorough research and the potential pitfalls of hasty purchasing decisions. I hope that my review serves as a cautionary tale for others, prompting them to explore alternative options and avoid the frustrations I encountered. K

Do Not Buy
My review for wig.com Do Not Buy. This is the worst wig company I have ever worked with. The quality of their hair is poor. Matter of fact it is more like plastic glossy rope and totally unacceptable. The items can't even be donated in good faith. I spoke to five customer service women yesterday, each had a different process, story, penalty for return, etc. Lesson learned. Try other companies. This company is associated with two others: Especially Yours, Beyond and Paula Young. You do not want to waste your money here.
