Purchased a bag on 5thJune2023 and…

This prompted me to initiate a return, and to my dismay, the bag was only picked up on 12th June 2023, despite the inconvenience this caused me. As per their policy, I expected to receive my refund within 7 days. However, this was not the case, and I found myself having to actively pursue the matter with their customer support team. It took them until 2nd August 2023 to finally process my refund, an extensive delay that tested my patience and negatively impacted my perception of their service. I was disheartened by the fact that I had to escalate the issue to higher management within the company before my concerns were addressed. The entire experience left me feeling dissatisfied and disheartened, ultimately leading me to the decision that I would prefer to make future purchases from established e-commerce platforms such as Amazon or Flipkart.
