On the same day, Wine Must also acknowledged the problem in an email. Despite my efforts to rectify the situation by providing my house number again, I received only a generic response from Wine Must. The next day, GLS still had shipping issues due to the missing house number. Wine Must's repeated generic responses added to my frustration. When I demanded a resolution plan, I was met with silence. The situation was aggravating, to say the least. Following a conversation with GLS, I discovered that Wine Must had not communicated any updates, and my package was still stalled. Desperate to receive my order for a special gift, I decided to collect it in person from the GLS warehouse, driving through traffic for 20 kilometers. As of May 6th, I have yet to receive a response from Wine Must, not even a simple apology. Their lack of communication and problem-solving left much to be desired. Despite this, I firmly believe in the power of second chances, and that's exactly what Wine Must gave me. The next day, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a personal email from Wine Must. They apologized sincerely and offered a generous discount on my next purchase as a gesture of goodwill. Their humility and effort in making amends truly won me over.
