They offered to reship the items, despite my explanation that no one would be at the condo to receive them. After agreeing to ship the items to our permanent residence, they informed me that they were out of stock of the Gluten-Free English Muffins and could not include them in the reshipment. As a long-time customer, I have noticed a decline in the service and quality ever since Wolfermans joined the Harry and David family. This experience has truly left me disheartened. I can't believe the amazing experience I had with wolfermans.com! I recently ordered bagels and English muffins for a special occasion and couldn't wait for them to arrive. The bagels were delivered on the evening of 12/20, but unfortunately, some of them were hard, and I noticed white mold spots on two of the packages. On top of that, the English muffins, which were supposed to be delivered on 12/22, arrived on 12/24, almost 4 days late. It wasn't communicated to me at the time of ordering that the items were out of stock, resulting in a lengthy wait. Given that the order totaled over $100, the delayed delivery and the condition of the baked goods left me feeling disappointed in the overall experience. However, I was so happy when I reached out to their customer service, they were quick to respond and resolved the issue promptly. I was even offered a discount on my next order as a gesture of goodwill. Despite this, I think there is still some room for improvement when it comes to keeping up with delivery times and ensuring the freshness of the products. I would have expected more attention to detail, especially considering that Wolferman's is part of Harry and David, a company known for its quality.
