This time, my disappointment was compounded by Jord's lack of empathy or willingness to make amends, despite it being my second watch with issues within a short timeframe. Regrettably, I must agree with the sentiment that Jord may not live up to the high-end image it projects. The watches are undeniably stunning, and the packaging is top-notch, but the construction and durability are sorely lacking.
