Terrible customer service.
My review for worldmarket.com Terrible customer service. I ordered some items for the holidays with the promise to ship in 2-3 days. After 8 days and only half my order shipping I reached out. First, they asked me to supply all the information I already gave to start the chat. Annoying, but fine. Then the agent was allegedly looking into my issue when the chat just dropped and I was reassigned to a new person and had to do the whole thing again. She basically just said she had no information for me, gave me an inactive tracking number and told me to keep an eye on it, and if it didn't ship in 48 hours I should request a refund. I asked if I would be contacted if there was something wrong with my order, and she said nope, I need to reach back out to them. Based on other reviews here I am not expecting much if I need to get a refund. Both agents also had tough attitudes, mispelling things and clearly not actually reading my messages.

All I get is directed to somebody else and nobody is helping. Very frustrating experience.
