В подарок за заказ выбрала сумку( хозяйственную). Оператор предупредил меня что сумки на складе нет, готова ли я ее ждать. Я согласилась... Заказала курьера.. Заказ приняла мама. Вскрыв посылку после курьра мы обнаружили что вместо сумки нам положили косметику которая ни уму ни сердцу.. Позвонив в отдел претензий я узнала что фирма имеет право менять подарки... Спрашивается Для ЧЕГО КОНСУЛЬТАНТ СПРАШИВАЛ У МЕНЯ ГОТОВА ЛИ Я ЖДАТЬ СУМКУ????? Разорвала все контакты с этой фирмой из за глупости непрофессионсльного сотрудника...
